The manual says all aces in a hand should be counted as the same value each other, but the software seems to disagree. Which is correct?

I had A-7 versus dealer 10, I hit, tutor says I should have stood (incidentally, another example of tutor contradicting tables in the instructions.) I got another A, the dealer got 20 and the result was "push".

I don't like to undermine the credibility of my own example, but I guess the dealer must have had 19! I definitely had A-7-A and the result was definitely "push."
