After filling in personal info and clicking on proceed, nothing happens. I have tried several times but same results. I saw that someone else had the loged the same problem in August but no answer was given. ????? |

I agree with Mr. McWilliams. I have now gotten two registration numbers for video poker neither of which work and none for video blackjack which was purchased at the same time. I think that your system leaves a lot to be desired. Bob |

Bob, According to my records you have received one registration key for Video Poker Pro and one for Black Jack Pro, both immediately following your purchase few days ago. It is an automatic process and is logged in our database, and because it is automated there is little room for error. Please check your original registration emails once again and I am sure you will see that these are indeed the keys you purchased. As for the keys not working, so far the problem with supposedly non-working keys has practically always been that customers either used them on the wrong game, the wrong version or made a mistake when entering the registration information. Make sure to enter the name AND the key as printed in the registration email. Also make sure you have the latest version of the games - you can always download them from this page. If that does not work, please make sure you have the right game installed. Occasionally curstomers accidentally installed Video Poker Pro and tried to use the Black Jack Pro registration key on it, which, of course, does not work. I am confident this will solve your problem. |
