When I try to install the game, nothing happens or the game doesn't show up in the list This problem can have two causes. Firstly, it could be that you haven’t properly unzipped the ZIP file that you downloaded from our website. Download the program version and store it in a folder on your desktop PC. Then unzip it with a ZIP-utility such as WinZip (http://www.winzip.com). After unzipping it, there should be a number of files in your directory now. Now, make sure you're your Pocket PC is cradled and has a working ActiveSync connection. Then simply double-click SETUP.EXE to launch the installer and follow the instructions on the screen to install the game on your Pocket PC. If this doesn’t solve the issue, your problem could be the result of a known problem with Windows XP and ActiveSync, causing occasional problematic behavior when trying to work with ActiveSync. In this case, please start an ActiveSync connection to your Pocket PC and copy over the Black Jack Pro CAB file to your Pocket PC, using ActiveSync’s “Explore” option. Once done, try to locate it on your Pocket PC by using the Pocket PCs "File Explorer" - you will most likely find the CAB file in the "My Documents" folder. Then, simply use your stylus and tap on the CAB file. This should start the installation process and properly set up the game on your unit.
